WARRANTY COVERAGE

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for 24 months from delivery date for street-use components, and 12 months for race-spec and limited-edition units.

Coverage includes replacement or repair at our discretion. Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by ALHNSIKWE when the defect is confirmed.

Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, racing incidents, unauthorized modification, normal wear (brake pads, chains, consumables), or use outside stated compatibility.

Cosmetic finish variations, heat discolouration from extreme use, and damage from non-approved fuel or lubricants are excluded.

Submit a claim via your account order history or email support@alhnsikwe.com with order number, product SKU, installation date, and photographic evidence of the defect.

Our engineering team reviews claims within 3 business days. Approved claims ship replacement parts within 5–10 business days.

Professional race teams and fleet operators may register for extended coverage programs. Contact our distributor network for commercial warranty terms.
